If you are not satisfied with an item you purchase from Doodles Delights, please contact us by phone during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (eastern) or by e-mail 24 hours a day. A refund will be given with receipt and if returned within 30 days of purchase. If a receipt is not available, then a credit will be issued. All returns over 30 days will be given credit at our discretion. If original purchase was by personal check, the refund may be held for up to 14 days after purchase.
